New Salesforce Data Security Product Releases:

This year, Odaseva unveiled innovative solutions that supercharge how enterprises secure their Salesforce data. Here’s a look at the powerful tools and features that made 2024 a standout year for our product offerings.

• Zero Trust Connect: Enterprises with ultra-sensitive data can extend their Salesforce Shield by bringing end-to-end encryption for data leaving Salesforce. This offering aligns with the Zero Trust security model preferred by large, highly-regulated global enterprises by ensuring that data remains encrypted throughout its entire lifecycle, even when interacting with external applications.
• Powerful Data Management: Odaseva’s unique modular architecture enables flexibility in data management capabilities. The company partners with GSIs to solve data management challenges for various use cases such as splitting an Org for M&A or residency reasons, replicating data from Salesforce to AWS or Azure, and syncing data in a multi-org context.
• Ransomware prevention: Customers will have the ability to enforce immutability on the backed up files on storage systems such as Azure and AWS so that no one can remove them until after a certain duration. This is especially important for customers in highly-regulated industries that must meet regulatory requirements, and it aids in preventing ransomware and insider attacks.
• Odaseva Data History tracks every Salesforce data change in real-time, retains billions of changes for up to 10 years, and enables instant rollback for accuracy and compliance. • Multi-Org Insights: Enterprises with multiple Salesforce Orgs can monitor and govern data across all Orgs, allowing them to gain efficiency and actionable insights, monitor critical business metrics like Salesforce adoption and spend, security scores, and carbon footprint.

• $54 Million Series C Round
  • In June 2024, Odaseva raised $54 million in Series C funding, led by Silver Lake Waterman with participation from F-Prime, Eight Roads, Serena Capital, Eurazeo, and Crescent Cove, bringing total funding to over $90 million.
• Expanding Our Team and Global Presence
  • Odaseva continued to grow by hiring top talent across key departments and expanding our global footprint with new office locations in 2024

New Security Certifications and Assessments:

• Supporting Enterprises in Achieving DORA Compliance
  • As the enforcement of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) approaches in 2025, Odaseva has equipped enterprises with the tools needed to meet its stringent ICT risk management requirements. Odaseva’s data security solutions ensure Salesforce backups are isolated, encrypted, and regularly tested to align with APRA’s requirements for resilience. With tools like Restore Readiness, Odaseva helps businesses validate recovery objectives, identify potential risks, and optimize recovery plans. By prioritizing secure backups and proven recovery capabilities, Odaseva enables Australian financial institutions to achieve compliance, maintain business continuity, and build trust with stakeholders in the face of rising cyber threats.

Hosting the 4th Annual Data Innovation Forum 2024:

Our annual Odaseva Data Innovation Forum brought together 20+ Salesforce data experts and 10+ Salesforce CTAs from around the world. Over two days of insightful discussions, participants delved into the rapidly evolving data landscape, sharing cutting-edge strategies and innovations shaping the future of AI and enterprise data management. Dreamforce 2024 lived up to its reputation as the pinnacle of Salesforce innovation, with the unveiling of Agentforce and showcasing the transformative potential of AI in enterprise solutions. For Odaseva, it was a whirlwind week of new product launches, thought-provoking sessions, and meaningful connections. From introducing game-changing features like Multi-Org Insights and Zero Trust Connect to sharing expertise on data archiving, security, and compliance in dynamic sessions, we demonstrated our commitment to shaping the future of Salesforce data security. Traveling Around the World to Exciting Salesforce Events:

In 2025 Odaseva attended and sponsored a series of Salesforce World Tour and Agentforce events across the globe. From Sydney to New York, we had a great time meeting industry leaders, sharing insights, and connecting with partners and customers. Whether hosting happy hours or showcasing our solutions at Dreamforce in San Francisco, each event was a great opportunity to engage with the Salesforce community. We enjoyed exchanging ideas, building relationships, and celebrating innovation. The energy at every event was inspiring, and we’re excited to carry that momentum into the future!

Hosting Thought Leadership Webinars:

In 2024, Odaseva hosted a series of insightful webinars covering a wide range of data security, management, and compliance topics for Salesforce users. These webinars offered industry-leading perspectives on the latest trends, from data architecture and management at the Data Innovation Forum in November, to comprehensive data management in partnership with Accenture and DCHHS in June. Key sessions included practical strategies for enhancing data security and operational resilience in sectors like financial services and healthcare, addressing APRA regulations in Australia and Salesforce data history optimization.
