Today we’re featuring Tasneem Zaveri, Senior Solution Engineer who works with the account teams to deliver technical expertise and strategic guidance.

Q: Tell us about what you do here at Odaseva

A: As a Senior Solution Engineer for the APAC region, I work closely with the account teams to deliver technical expertise and strategic guidance. My role focuses on deeply understanding our customers’ needs, demonstrating how Odaseva’s solutions can address their challenges, and ensuring they have the right support throughout the entire sales cycle.

Q: What’s the team that you work with like?

A: The team is fantastic, to say the least. One of the great benefits of working in a fast paced smaller organization is the close collaboration with peers and the opportunity to contribute beyond your defined role. Everyone shares the same mindset, and we take a hands-on approach to getting things done. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, making for a strong, supportive, and high-performing team.

Q: Why did you join Odaseva?

A:  I joined Odaseva because it offered a unique opportunity to grow as a Solution Engineer while working with cutting-edge solutions in the Salesforce ecosystem. I’ve always been driven by the desire to continuously learn and improve, and Odaseva’s focus on innovation in data management provides the perfect environment for me to develop my skills and become better at what I do each day.

Q: What do you like about working at Odaseva?

A:  The product and the people! Sovan, our founder, has built a strong foundation for our platform, and the product teams continue to enhance and scale it. It’s a powerful tool, and I love the opportunity to help customers solve complex problems with it. Beyond that, the people at Odaseva—across the globe—make it a truly enjoyable and productive place to work.

Q: How did you come to join the Salesforce ecosystem?

A:  After nearly a decade of living and working in Singapore, I moved to beautiful Sydney with my family. Having spent my career in financial services and market data, I was looking for a change—something that would allow me to leverage my expertise in data management and analytics while exploring new opportunities. I was very fortunate in getting an opportunity to work for a leading Salesforce Analytics partner in Australia, and from that moment, I was hooked on all things Salesforce. Six years later, I’m still learning something new every day, which is one of the things I love most about being part of this ecosystem.

Q: What’s your proudest work-related accomplishment or project?

A:  That’s a tough question, but if I had to choose one, it would be the incredible work our team has accomplished in the Singapore region. Over the past year, our customer base has grown significantly, a testament to both our team’s dedication and the increasing demand for our solutions. What makes this accomplishment truly special is that it’s the result of collaboration across multiple internal teams and external stakeholders. I’m excited to see what’s next for us in Singapore and to replicate this success in other regions.

Q: What else can you tell us about yourself?

A: Outside of work, I love being outdoors and staying active, whether it’s with my family, friends, or even on my own. Sydney’s beautiful beaches and national parks make it easy to enjoy the outdoors. As my kids get older, I find I have more free time, and I’m excited to make the most of it, whether it’s learning new skills,  exploring new places or simply spending time in nature.
