Today we’re featuring Kevin Clifford, a Senior Account Executive who works with Odaseva’s largest global clients.
A: I’m on the Sales team at Odaseva and work closely with some of our biggest global clients with complex Salesforce Orgs. My job is to manage our relationships with those clients on the sales side, and find opportunities and use cases for additional solutions that the Odaseva Enterprise Data Security Platform can offer them.
A: I work closely across a lot of different teams at Odaseva. Of course I work closely with Sales Management on a regular basis, yet I also work very closely with our Customer Success Team members and also interface with Product to provide client feedback and support. In fact, working closely with these other teams is critical to support our biggest clients and really important to my own success. I’m also interacting often with Security, Legal, Business Operations, and Finance.
A: I’d been in a senior sales role at my previous company for almost 12 years and was looking for a new adventure, and an executive from that previous company led me here. The company size, growth, global footprint, and impressive list of enterprise clients were driving factors for me moving to Odaseva.
A: I like the truly global nature of the team we have here, and the ability to know I’m making an impact in our overall growth. In addition, there are numerous ongoing opportunities with our enterprise client base so there is never a dull day. It’s great that we have a very supportive team overall, and people at Odaseva are always willing to step in and help.
One of the most enjoyable things I get to do is meet with our clients for briefings at their offices or at events like Dreamforce. Our clients genuinely like to interact with us and provide feedback, and we do too.
A: I was a long time Salesforce user at previous jobs but new to the ecosystem when I joined Odaseva in May 2021. I’ve gained a tremendous amount of knowledge about Salesforce in the past three and a half years.
A: Finding opportunities to grow relationships, and finding new opportunities to help our existing clients with challenging use cases they have. I’ve been successful here based on the support we provide each other across departments while always making our clients happy. In terms of personal accomplishments, for me hitting my annual sales quota is always a nice achievement.
A: I live in San Francisco and grew up just across the Golden Gate Bridge, so I’m a native of the area. I run about 40 miles a week which helps with both physical and mental (work can be stressful!) health. I try to get up to Lake Tahoe to get out of the city as much as I can. I’m also an avid sports fan following mainly the San Francisco Giants, San Francisco 49ers and Golden State Warriors.
